Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to your purchase of our campaign monthly prize draw ticket.

Payment

Monthly prize tickets are available to buy in either £5.00 or £10.00 denominations.

All proceeds from the sale of our monthly prize draw tickets will be paid into the Stop Highfield Energy Park campaign funds, raising money for a fighting fund, in the run up to the inevitable planning application being submitted.

Payments on the Stop Highfield Energy Park website are processed via third party Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd (“Stripe'“) or PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A. (“PayPal”).

Supported payments

The Stop Highfield Energy Park Website can accept payments from the following methods:

• Visa (credit and debit cards via Stripe)

• MasterCard (credit and debit cards via Stripe)

• American Express (via Stripe)

• Apple Pay (from customers checking out on a supported device)

Refunds

Monthly prize draw tickets are non-refundable and there are no rights to cancel if you change your mind.
